We love Dunkin' coffee at our house! The caramel coffee appeals to me the most. The creamer is also wonderful; so fresh and smooth.
ReplyDeleteThis time of year brings back memories of my Irish grandma who, when it warmed up enough, would say, "Open up those windows and blow the stink off!" She died when I was a 4th grader, but I have such wonderful memories of her living with us.
Happy Mothers' Day!
I would like to try the jelly doughnut. It sounds yummy and different.
ReplyDeleteOld Fashioned -- love the simplicity of the donut and most likely the coffee too!
ReplyDeleteMy mom makes the best Tex-Mex everything! She bakes fantastic cakes & desserts for all occasions. She is a rockstar in the kitchen and I hope my kids will say the same about me!
I choose the chocolate frosted donut flavor. Yum!
ReplyDeleteI would like to share my memory of my Nana. She would dance around the table at Thanksgiving, was a huge coffee drinker. The coffee was always on at Nana's and she would light up and smile so big when I came to visit. Miss her lots.

Chocolate sounds awfully good to me! Thanks for the great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy mom is pretty awesome! She is a cancer survivor, still works full time and basically has a second full time job doing dog rescue. Currently she (with an assist from my Dad and volunteers) is adopting out about 60 animals a month that she pulls out of high kill shelters. The woman rarely sleeps, but she lives her life with purpose!
ReplyDeleteThe caramel coffee cake flavor sounds awesome!

My grandmother, age 93, taught me how to read and write in Spanish when I was 7 years old. It's a skill that I've been able to use as a freelance translator. I'm grateful she took the time to do that.

ReplyDeleteMy Mom loves my husband just like he was one of her own and that makes married life easy!
Caramel is my favorite. That kid gets cuter every day.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a mother figure. I try every day to not be like my mother.
ReplyDeleteI'm curious what Jelly Donut tastes like :)
ReplyDeleteI am most excited to try the Blueberry Muffin flavor. I love that doughnut so the coffee will be delicious if it tastes anything like that!
ReplyDeleteMy Mother has always been a big part of my life and her love for me is definitely unconditional which is something every child deserves.
ReplyDeleteOoops, I forgot to leave my e-mail. There is a link to it on my blogger profile under where it says Contact Me. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThat Carmel coffee cake looks mighty yummy! My mother is my best friend, I'm sure I've shared more with her than she'd care to know at times :P but beyond that all the ladies in my family have inspired my love for the kitchen! From cakes decorating to homemade Hungarian recipes passed down from my grandmother to the chowder recipe that you follow from smell rather than a written copy, I owe my culinary ability to them!
ReplyDeletekimpto23@yahoo.com
I'd love to try the old fashioned donut flavor!
ReplyDeleteYum! I would love to try all of those flavors! Something special about my mom is that she finished college well into her 40's. Also, now that she is almost 60 she is starting a career in Real Estate! She is amazing. :)

Happy Mother's Day....
My mom is a wonderful mom because although we did not see eye to eye when I was younge now that I'm older and I see all the long hours she has put into working a full time job going back to school and still came home to cook , clean (always nice fresh laundry etc.:)) and always wanting to know what we were up to and made time for all four of her children. Well now that I'm older and can barely make time to cook a decent dinner with a full time job. I honeslty wonder how in the world she did it, not only for herself but for our dad and her four kids and I get a little sad thinking the time that I wasted bickering about such petty things with her when I was younger and always wanting more from her when honestly I don't know how she handled all of us without wanting to scream .... Love you ma
Happy Mothers Day to all the lovely mom's......

ReplyDeleteI will be celebrating my first Mother's Day this year, which makes it very special. But I think the best gift has been having my mom take care of my sweet girl while I'm at work during the day.
ReplyDeleteAll of the Dunkin' Donut Bakery flavors sound really good, but I think the Caramel Coffeecake sounds best. Thank you!
ReplyDeletesharonjo at gwtc dot net
My mom is loving, patient, hard-working, always supportive and encouraging. This year my dad has been experiencing health problems that are very taxing on him and my mom. She has stayed positive and does everything she can to help him cope. She has a strong faith in God, and it shines through in everything she does. I am truly blessed to have her as my mother.
ReplyDeletesharonjo at gwtc dot net
Well, that's easy. I'm a dark roast coffee kinda gal. Not that I don't mnd flavored, but dark roast is my go to caffeine drink. I wish we had Dunkin' Doughnuts were we live. I've had their doughnuts and they are awesome.
ReplyDeleteMy Mutti... it goes without saying that she taught me how to cook and bake. She's the reason I started my blog...so that I could get into writing all of the heirloom recipes she taught me, from her German heritage. I miss her.

I am thankful that my Mom survived cancer years ago! Despite everything she's always there for everyone! Happy Mother's Day, Mom and to all you Mother's out there!
ReplyDeleteI think I would like to try the Old Fashioned or Chocolate flavor. My mother-in-law never got a chance to meet her granddaughter in person, but managed to get to know my daughter by sending VHS tapes, cards and letters for many years until her death. She never forgot an occasion even though she lived 3000 miles away! Irishgal@cox.net
ReplyDeleteChocolate - and my mom taught me all sorts of wonderful skills that are with me still.
ReplyDeleteI would like to celebrate the mothers that have gone to be with God. My Grandma Williams (RIP 12/2013), Aunt Maggie (4/2013), and Grandma Vaughn (2/2011), Great-Grand mama Lee (2001). These women raised me. They taught me how to be a strong, hardworking, and that education is #1. They have shaped me, inspired me into the woman that I am today. I enjoyed hearing stores of how life was in the south, all they had to endured, and overcome. They were self-LESS and showed unconditional love.
ReplyDeleteMy flavor is Chocolate Glazed Donut I would like to try
Monica, I am so happy to see your post and love the re-design of your blog - you have been missed.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen these new flavors here as yet (and I seriously wish that Dunkin Donuts would open again in Hawaii), but I think I would like the old-fashioned donuts, something about having your coffee and donut together appeals to me :)
The special women in my life are my daughters. I am just so proud of the people they have become, and it makes me think that somewhere along the way I made some good choices. Being a mom is not always easy, but it is the most rewarding job there is.

ReplyDeleteToday is my mother's 84th birthday. When she was 20 she was working in a hospital and was given the opportunity to go to college to be a registered nurse ( a doctor offered to pay her way). Instead, she decided to become a mom and says she has no regrets. This comes from a woman who has high regard for education. Three of us became teachers. All of us became compassionate, educated individuals. If I win, the prize goes to her because her coffee pot is on its last leg and she loves her coffee!
I'd love to try the Old Fashioned Donut flavor first and then all the rest!
ReplyDeleteAll my memories of my mother are awesome and I miss her every day. She made the best chicken fried steak ever!

A true survivor and such an inspiration to me. Love her oh so much.
ReplyDeleteI am excited about the Chocolate Glazed Donut! I LOVE their coffee.
ReplyDeleteMy Grandma Matney had 13 kids and LOTS of grandkids yet she was able to make each of us feel so very special! Of course, I know I was her very favorite. LOL.....I loved her so and miss her still every day. I have 12 grandbabies of my own now & hope I can do the same for them. At least I try.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a huge coffee fan but these flavors look scrumptious. I think the caramel coffee cake flavor and the jelly doughnut flavor intrigue me the most. My mom loves to redecorate her house. Her front door has been more colors than I can count! Haha Everytime I go home the furniture is in a different spot--and it always looks great!! Fingers crossed--I REALLY want to win :) Christie Teachwaitn4reces@sbcglobal.net
ReplyDeleteThe caramel coffee cake flavor sounds wonderful. I love Dunkin Donuts and especially their coffee. I'm the oldest of five.

ReplyDeleteI remember baking with my daughter for the first time...we made banana bread...her tiny little fingers and flour in her hair and on her little nose. Such a sweet memory. I think she was 3 or 4. She's 17 now and still loves to bake. I will remember that first time always though because she loved it and so did I...and I'm glad I started when she was little because now she has a love for it. My Email is as follows:

ReplyDeleteAs for my mom, well, she's just amazing. She raised my five siblings and me and made it look easy. Now that I'm a mom of four I still look to her for advice and call her some days to ask her how she did it all! She suffered a stroke 12 years ago and we nearly lost her. There isn't a day that has gone by since then I haven't thanked the stars above for giving me another day with her here, and another, and another....
Hello,
ReplyDeleteI'm most excited to try the Old Fashioned flavor. The idea of drinking a donut sound delicious. (Yes, I'm a fatty) :)
What I love most about my mother is that she loves so hard that it hurts. She'll sacrifice all for others. I admire her selfless nature, gratitude, and ability to love unconditionally. She loves coffee, so I hope that I win this contest to give the gift to her.
Monica, thank you for the opportunity.
My email address is to_une@hotmail.com
I would love to try the Old Fashioned Donut Coffee blend.
ReplyDeleteThe mothers in our family are all very special. I love the fact that my two daughters are using four generations of family recipes. The have copies of their great-grandmothers, grandmothers, mothers and now their own handwritten and typed recipes. We are all going to computers, IPads, tablets, but I love the handwritten recipes the most.
e-mail: kdaniel@southplainscollege.edu
I would definitely love the chocolate coffee. On their website they had a coconut coffee and that sounds pretty good too! My funniest memory is of my Italian grandmother who I adored. She would go to mass everyday but come home and cuss her head off when she was mad. Oh how I miss her!
ReplyDeleteI want to try the chocolate flavored coffee the most. I love anything chocolate so it will probably be delicious.

ReplyDeleteMy husband and I live out-of-state from our families, and my mom was the first family member to see my son when he was born nearly 9 months ago :) He's her first grandchild, and she's soooo sweet with him!
ReplyDeleteI am excited for the Caramel
ReplyDeleteMy mom was always there for me and my sister. It was laways good to know someone had our back.
ReplyDeleteI think I'd like to start with the Old Fashioned Donut Flavor.
ReplyDeleteMy fondest memory of my mom is sitting together with my sisters and her on the bed in her bedroom going through boxes of family pictures. I'd love to be able to do that again.
I love jelly donuts, but I gotta say that caramel one is calling my name. As for who I admire? Well I won the jackpot with my mom, she is just an awesome woman. But I have to say, lately my niece (20 years old) who lives with me has impressed me. She seems so young and naïve, but she just gave birth on Monday, May 5th, and well, I can't describe the maturity and grace she has had, despite missing her college finals to deliver him!
ReplyDeleteId love to try Caramel Coffee Cake flavor. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteSo many women in my life are mother figures for me. I go to them for encouragement and advice. I'm letting them all know how much I love them this coming Mother's Day. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteJelly donut? I'm so curious about that one!
ReplyDeleteMy mother is the sweetest woman, and she was big on trying to build my self esteem as a kid so she'd tell me things like, "You're the most wonderful child on the earth. There is no child more wonderful than you." About ever 5 minutes. It's better than how some moms talk to their kids. I know I'm lucky to have her!
I would most like to try the Jelly donut variety because it is just too irresistible sounding!
ReplyDeleteMy Mother is an amazing woman who has selflessly dedicated her life to caring for those around her. She never complains and always seems to see the positive in a negative situation. She also taught me its ok to be myself and if I put my mind to it then I can achieve anything

ReplyDeleteOHHHH JELLY and Coffee Cake are the way to go!!! My mom passed away 12 years ago after a decade long battle with breast cancer. She was a remarkable strong woman. She was always so kind and even til this day she influences my actions and thoughts. Even though she has passed, I am guided by her kindness and open heart she shared with the world and me.
ReplyDeleteDoug
The most important mom in my life is my grandmother. She was the 1st person to hold me when I was born. We have always been extremely close. And, when both of my parents abandoned me when I was 10, my grandmother stepped in, without hesitation, to raise me. She worked 2 & sometimes 3 jobs while I was growing up. At the same time caring for her elderly mother. She has always been there for me. She gave me away at my wedding 6 years ago. We talk one the phone every single day. She is a beautiful example of strength in my life, and I would not be who I am without her.
ReplyDeleteHi Monica!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great give away. All of those flavors look great to me!
My mom is one of the most generous people I know. Not with money, but with her time, love, patience etc. The thought of her not being here makes my heart ache.

I'd love to try chocolate glazed donut.
ReplyDeleteMy Mom is the most important person in my life. She puts her children and grandchildren before herself even though it's time she start putting herself first! She is always there when I need her and she goes above and beyond for all of us.

Cinnamon coffee cake for sure! What ca. I say about my Mom. She is amazing. She is my best friend. She has always been the first person I call with news. I love her with all my heart.
ReplyDeleteI meant caramel! Darn auticorrect!
DeleteOld fashioned donut sounds yummy!
ReplyDeleteI have a special place in my heart for mummies who have lost a child. My grandmother lost a young son in a car accident and she was always one of the most loving and positive women. My aunt lost a baby who was stillborn, also a strong mother.
ReplyDeleteThe women in my support group are amazing! Always willing to help someone who has had a recent loss.
I've tried one flavor, the chocolate glazed donut--yumm, it was so good!! I was trying to lose weight and I remember thinking, "If I can't eat chocolate donuts I'll "drink" one!" ;p I felt like it really did help me keep my sweet tooth in check. Plus since it's hot I took my time to enjoy it :)
ReplyDeleteI bet the other flavors are just as good...who can resist baked goods in any form?!
When I think of "mom," I think not only of my own but of my maternal grandma. She had THIRTEEN kids and was an amazing woman. She faced a lot of adversity in her life, but faced it with so much strength. We were so close that when she suffered a stroke in her later years, the doctor recommended I continue to go over to her home as I would (she would take care of me) because he knew it would benefit her well-being, as it distressed her that I wasn't there. So I became her "nurse," and would go over each morning to help care for her :) She's gone now, but she will always represent pure love to me.
ReplyDeletePoetees@gmail.com
Definitely the old fashioned. I am a total sucker for a good old fashioned donut. Some say it's simple, but I've always believed in a "less is more" philosophy...except when it comes to shoes and cookie cutters!
ReplyDeleteAs for a mom story...I am writing this as I am approx 11 days away from giving birth to my third daughter. A feat I never imagined possible just two short years ago when I delivered my 2nd daughter at just 22 weeks pregnant and held my little angel while she took her few precious breaths on this earth before saying goodbye. Losing a child had been the most painful experience I've ever encountered; but it has also taught me so much about love, joy, acceptance and learning to move forward because you have no other choice. I credit my beautiful 4 year old living daughter with teaching me as much about that as I do my angel Annabelle. For them I get up every morning and give each day my best. To show them that no matter what I am their mom and I will always be there - in the moment. And for this new little one joining our family; because she is truly a miracle who is here because of what her big sister Annabelle gave up.

DeleteThe Chocolate Glazed Donut flavored coffee sounds great to me! My mother told me I was going to get a tapeworm if I ate her baked goods right out of the oven. My fondest memory of my grandmother is when she taught me how to play poker using pretzels as chips.
ReplyDeleteChocolate !!!!!!
ReplyDeleteEven though my mom passed away when I was 17 she instilled in me many valuable traits which I still honor today. If only I had even an hour with her I would be blessed.
I Loooooove DD Coffee and Old Fashioned Donut is my current obsession!
ReplyDeleteMy mom lost her mother at the age of two but she somehow managed to become the most wonderful mother to me and my brothers that anyone could have. She is humble and loving and the most unselfish person I've ever met. She has thought me to work hard, love hard, and forgive often. And my love for gardening and cooking is completely due to her teaching me how wonderful both things are.💕
