ReplyDeleteWell, I'll still chime in and say that my favourite Martha recipe is her orange hazelnut shortbread wedges from her magazine on Cookies a few years back. So delicious.
Goodness -I love the bone in pork loin - so good! I make it at least once a week. I used your suggestion and made extra slits and stuck pieces of garlic in it, the flavor!
ReplyDeleteI'll be honest...I've never made a Martha Stewart recipe. I just started getting Martha Stewart Living recently and love it. There is this pound cake recipe that she changes it so you can make more than one type. I have hopes of making that. I would love to get her Everyday Food. I bet it's better than Kraft foods magazine I get each month.

LOL, a MARTHA publication! Where's your loyalty? I thought we were buds? Friends? LOL! Actually I have to admit that until a couple of years ago I received this subscription and successfully made everything I tried.

I have found several of her recipes in her books to be faulty...but I make a smoked salmon cobb (on my site) from the early days of her magazine all the time.

It's been some time, but we have a recipe that we use over the holidays for a standing rib roast coated in cracked pepper and sea salt. It is amazing! We've made if for the past several years, so I am not sure where it came from, but it is a Martha Stewart recipe. Soooo good!

Wonderful giveaway, I love this publication! My favorite Martha recipe involves chicken breast rubbed with a spice rub consisting mainly of cayenne pepper. Spicy and delicious!!

I have lots of her recipes saved but always throw something together in a pinch and have found hers take a little preparation. But I LOVE her magazines.
