Monica, I've been to their site and haven't been inspired. Looks like they took regular dishes and just threw in some of the seeds(?). You'll do much better on your own I'm sure! Can't wait to see your posts.
Wow, I can't decide! I think I would try them in this order- Velvet Cake Tenderloin tiramisu It looks like you could make your whole meal using it! That would be pretty neat :) I can't wait to see what you do with it :)

Fun package to get in the mail! What a beautiful colour...maybe make the syrup and pour it over pancakes (I always go for the breakfast option!).
